The Honorary Board is a new addition of individuals who have vast networks of contacts, resources available, experience, and influence in the non-profit and business community. These individuals typically do not have extra time to dedicate as volunteers, or to attend many events, but do feel strongly about helping low income households with children gain access to dance programs.

The Honorary Board meets every six months in a happy hour or dinner setting to brainstorm and discuss opportunities that exist in the community. There, they discuss successful strategies, alliances, and new ideas.
Each semester the Honorary board is presented with a report and shown a video or slideshow of the events and progress made during the previous semester.

Honorary Board members are recognized in a variety of ways. The meetings themselves are fun “mixer” type events that draw successful professionals from many sectors of the non-profit and business community.
